Our Refund policy is in effect for 30 days after the date of purchase. This is ample time to see if the product you purchased is satisfactory. BarBil Enterprises owns and operates the Texas Knife Shop and we want to ensure that you are thrilled with your purchase. We will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
Refund and Returns Process
If you have issues, please speak to our Customer Service at (512) 540-0255 during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 9 am – 5 pm CST)
Our BarBil representative will take your call and address your concerns immediately. This is where the Golden Rule applies… We treat you how we would like to be treated.
If you are not satisfied after consulting our Support Team, we will instruct you on how to return the product for a refund.
NOTE: Because we sell our products with Free shipping, you will be required to pay for the return shipping.
Steps For Refund Policy
In order to start your Return and Refund process please take the following steps:
- Locate your Order # from your original order confirmation email.
- Contact BarBil Support or Texas Knife Shop Support and in the subject line put
Return Product – (Include Your Order Number Here)
- Our support team will outline the steps necessary to return your product.
- Products must be in their original condition and original packaging. You must return all products, cords, and cables, including parts and documentation that were included in the original packaging.
- Once we review the returned products and verify their condition, your Refund will be applied to the original purchase method on file.
- We use Stripe as our payment processor and they will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. You are protected, and we are protected as well. Your transaction information is secure.
- Your financial institution can take as long as 5 to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
If you’re outside of the 30-day refund policy, we will not accept returns. However, we want to ensure that you have the best possible customer experience, so we are happy to help you troubleshoot or work through any issue you are experiencing.
